How it works
You write in your private channel, the assistant rephrases, you choose what goes into the shared letter. The other party does the same on their side.
You describe the situation and what matters to you in your private channel. The assistant helps you clarify, rephrase, and propose neutral wording. When a phrasing suits you, you can propose it to the shared letter. The other party sees it, accepts it, modifies it, or declines it. Only the phrases validated on both sides appear in the letter. At the end, each side signs.
My private channel
Your messages stay in your private channel. Before being read by the model, names, addresses and amounts are automatically replaced with neutral references.
What you write stays in your private channel. Before each request to the model, our system automatically replaces identifying items (names, addresses, specific amounts, contact details) with neutral references. The model works on anonymized text; on your end, you see your normal interface. Your messages are never shared with the other party.
The shared letter
Progressively, through phrasings validated on both sides. Nothing is written until you both agree.
The letter starts empty. As you exchange in your private channel, the assistant offers you phrasings. When one suits you, you can propose it to the letter. The other party sees it appear as a proposal: they can accept it as is, modify it, or decline it. Until both parties have validated the same version, the phrasing remains a proposal and is not written into the final letter.
Validation and signing
When both parties deem the letter ready, each signs from their own space. The signature is timestamped.
Once the letter is complete and accepted on both sides, a 'Sign' button appears in the space header. Each party signs separately, from their own account, after a final confirmation. The signature is timestamped and tied to your session identifier. Once both signatures are in, the letter is sealed — it can no longer be modified — and a unique reference number is assigned to it.
