Settle your dispute amicably.
Walk away with an agreement letter signed by both of you.
You write your agreement together, element by element: one proposes, the other accepts. Then you both sign it. An AI can help you, if you want one; each of you can refuse it.
A few questions, then you invite the other person. Free until you sign.
Concilim does not handle separations, child custody, inheritances, or situations involving violence.
How it works
Three steps, and you are the ones who write the agreement.
- 01
You say what is happening
A few questions: what it is about, what is happening, what you want. You review what the other person will receive, then you invite them with a link.
- 02
One proposes, the other accepts
Each of you proposes elements, chosen from a menu that is the same for both of you: who does what, by when, for how much. The other accepts, or proposes something else. If you have chosen an AI, it can help you fill in an element; you are the one who proposes it.
- 03
You sign the same letter
Once everything is accepted by both of you, you read the whole agreement again and sign by typing your name. Each of you leaves with the letter and its reference.
With or without AI: you choose.
Without AI
You fill in the forms yourselves. No AI reads what you write.
AI assistant
Each of you writes privately to your assistant, an AI that also reads the agreement you both see. The person you invite can refuse it, for both of you; the case then continues without AI.
What is sent, and to whom: the privacy page says it, setting by setting.
What you sign
An agreement letter, signed by both of you.

Plain sentences
Who does what, by when, for how much. One sentence per commitment, produced by the same template for everyone, from what you enter.
A reference anyone can verify
Anyone can confirm that the letter exists, its date, and that it has not changed — without reading it. Verify a letter
What this signature is worth
- It is a simple electronic signature: your consent given online, recorded with the date and time.
- It is neither advanced nor qualified within the meaning of Swiss and European law. A clause that the law makes subject to a form — a document signed by hand, an authentic instrument — is made in that form.
- The letter keeps the written record of your agreement. It is not a court ruling.
Confidentiality
What we hold to.
- 01
Nothing enters the agreement without you.
Each element in it is proposed by one of you, and stays only if the other accepts it.
- 02
Nobody decides for you.
No one at Concilim takes part in the negotiation. Concilim advises no one, does not say who is right and decides nothing.
- 03
With the assistant, your messages go to it alone.
What you write to your assistant is shown to no one else. The other person does not see your messages, and their assistant does not read them.
- 04
With an AI, your names are replaced.
Your names and e-mail addresses are replaced by letters before each request to the model, and restored on display. The model reads the facts of the dispute — amounts, dates, what happened. The other person's name, if you write it before they arrive, is replaced by nothing: write “the other”.

Questions
What people ask us.
Who writes the letter?
The two of you. Each element of the agreement is proposed by one of you, read in full before it is sent, then accepted by the other. If you have chosen an AI, it can help you fill it in; you are the one who proposes it.
What does the other person see?
The agreement, which you both see: each element proposed, and by whom. What you propose in the agreement, the other person reads, and can make use of, even if the agreement is not signed. Before coming in, they read your name and the subject of the dispute; you review what they will receive before inviting them. With the assistant, they see nothing of what you write to it, and theirs does not read it.
What if they do not come?
The agreement is built by the two of you: without them, there is nothing to sign, and you pay nothing. The invitation link stays valid; you can send it again later.
Does the agreement have legal value?
The letter is an agreement between the parties: it is worth only what their consent makes it worth. It is not a judgment, and Concilim does not make it enforceable. What the law of a country makes of it depends on that law. It is an admissible evidentiary record of what you accepted, and when.
Does this replace a mediator or a lawyer?
No. Concilim advises no one, does not examine your situation in the light of the law, does not say who is right and decides nothing. It replaces neither a lawyer, nor a mediator, nor a conciliation authority. If the situation is complex, if one of you is in a position of strength, or if you need advice on your rights, see a mediator or a lawyer.
Do we have to use an AI?
No. A case can be run without AI, from opening to signing: no AI then reads what you write. If you choose the assistant, the person you invite can refuse it, for both of you.
Does this suspend a deadline?
Using Concilim does not, by itself, interrupt or suspend any deadline. In some countries, the law attaches an effect to a negotiation between the parties; Concilim does not guarantee it to you. Preserve your deadlines by the means the law provides.
How much does it cost, and who pays?
39 GBP per signed agreement. Everything is free until you sign. The person who opens the case pays, at the time of signing; the invited person pays nothing. Without an agreement, you pay nothing.
